ROCK TRIP

PATAGONIA

A rock trip means AirBnBs & Google Maps become worthless, it means you don't take the picture, you are the picture others take. In the end, a place is only the stage where you explore life.

Learn rock climbing in the most inspiring places.

PIEDRA PARADA

ARGENTINA

The name is given by the strange freestanding rock 858ft tall and 300ft of diameter located at the entrance of the canyon carved by Chubut river.

Although it is posible to climb the rock formation, the real fun is walking into the giant maze of towering walls branching further and deeper, pick the most absurdly beautiful feature and figure out how to climb it. There are hundreds of routes of all grades developed after the famed Petzl Rocktrip took place in 2013.

"Mate" at the crag, and wood-oven baked pizza with wine in camp is part of the climbing scene here.

Im a PBJ's supporter at heart, but Patagonia has a slow pace culture that invites to a different life perspective.

VALLE DE LOS CONDORES

CHILE

An imposing wall featuring basaltic columns draws your attention at first. When you are ready for a broader view you see the huge valley, with cliffs and terraces, waterfalls and ponds everywhere.

There is rock and water for days.

The quality and the diversity of options with over 500 routes equipped, via ferrata, bouldering, traditional and sport climbing, plus the dramatic scenery makes of this place a world class destination.Check it out here.
